update

Wow, it is just amazing how time seems to be speeding up. Even when you are in a peaceful place and taking the time to breathe and relax. Everything just seems more intense and demanding of our attention. I've really been spending a lot of time away from all of the electronic devices. In Vermont I'm on dial-up and it is such a blessing. You just don't spend much time online because the wait time for pages to load is ridiculous.

One thing I have done is a major overhaul of the Zen Yoga website. New menus and a streamlined look that is just more smooth and flowing. Hopefully all of the links are working.
